Seasoned Life

I just passed my Nutrition Certification Test, one step forward towards a life of continuous wellbeing.

The more I learned the more I realized, it doesn’t need to be costly to eat healthy, just wisely. It’s a luxury to cook your own meal, even more so to plant your own food. But eating your own veggies and fruits, is certainly one of the key ingredients to healthy living, as noted from Blue Zones and some of the longest living people in the world. Make time for quality food; make time for quality health; make time for quality life.

We have a small yard but very productive. Every morning, I go to the yard, cut some green onions and bell peppers, mince and season a little together with eggs, some bread or my own hand-made 4 grain steamed buns; makes a perfect breakfast. Finish with a touch of fresh picked cherry tomatoes or Asian Pears, and I’m ready for a new energetic day.

I am excited, with all the nutrition knowledge I learned: our table will be more varied and balanced; our menu will be more energizing and nutritious; our life will be more seasoned and flavorful.
