Focaccia


I am a new baker. Learning about starters, stretching the dough, fermenting to rise… They are all new concepts to me. I like it, as it’s unpredictable, especially for me, something unknown to look forward to. When my husband asked “what do we have this time?” “It depends, maybe sourdough, maybe focaccia” I got tickled myself, because I am still in the learning curve where it’s the dough that decides what it’s going to be, not me.

This time, the dough decided to give us focaccia,.so focaccia it is then. We have a focaccia pan to let it spread out, juicy olive oil to soak it in and a cutie bunny towel to inspire me to keep coming back.
