A Waltz Out of Stumbles

Troubles are like rocks, don’t carry them; drop them on the ground to pave your path.

Lighten up; unload so you can move forward. My father used to tell his patients “Don’t bring your work issues home, leave work at work.” Once you leave your workplace, you leave your work mind too. That’s so true, same applies to the other problems in life; you need to train yourself to leave it when all the effort is done. Leave the rest to time. Our mind needs a moment of rest, since it’s a non-physical gesture, it’s even harder. Don’t work your mind too hard. Give your mind a break like you do for physical body.

The older we get, the more we learn to proceed with uncertainty. Life is uncertain, nothing is certain except death, so embrace uncertainty as it is, dance with it, and swirl with it. You may just improvise a waltz out of your stumbles.
