Waiting for the red light in the middle of downtown, suddenly a goose came wobbling down the crosswalk! I was expecting to see little goslings following behind, but no, just the lone goose. She is obviously confused and lost, fortunately it’s a red light and she is safe for now. But what about when the light turn green? What if someone is in a hurry missed seeing her? I got concerned. Light turned green, the goose is right in front of me, I honked the horn, she wobbled forward, out of my way, into the other traffic lane. It’s an intersection road, I slowed down to watch her, other vehicles obviously saw her too, as they slowed down. I’m so relieved: no one is in that much of a hurry. We all have that moment: lost like the goose, slow down a little, life is an intersection.
