Things going through you, they never take you seriously, why do you take things seriously? Be it a puzzle or trouble in life.
Once I did a random post, and for whatever reason, got 1.5K likes. I used to think those people who can casually draft a post and draw thousands of likes must be genius or some celebrities, until it happened to me. At first I was so thrilled, watching the number growing like magic, but after a while, I stated to realize it’s just a number. It’s nice to get recognition and correlation, but it doesn’t shrink my to do list, actually, I spent so much time focusing on it that I got behind on my own work. I started to feel numb towards it.
Now here I am again, but the luck didn’t strike this time. I got a little frustrated but someone pointed out, “Even if you got a thousand likes, you’re still sitting here.” Duh, I won’t grow wings, still have feet, my feet still on the ground.
I felt better: Seasons going through mountains, Summer is almost gone, Fall is coming, the mountain is still the mountain, only going through different seasons.
During my hiking in the mountain, I saw these bucks peeking at me. In early Fall, deer antlers harden into bone, and lose their velvet coating in preparation for the breeding season. Fall is really coming!
