Declutter


In the morning, I did some decluttering and cleaning, it felt good. Even though it seems so trivious, but just one spot, one corner starting to shine, to come alive. It’s like a moving meditation, little by little you polish, like the same action working onto your heart, little by little your heart opening more space, shining the light in.

It’s a great way to start your day, even just 10 minutes, to feel accomplished, reassure yourself, reconnect with your living space, where you breathe and thrive, where you reside your body and soul. You don’t need a lot of stuff to thrive, you just need to continuously renew your relationship with the existing space, re-energizing, to let the new energy in and circulate the old energy out.

That moment when you finish, feel realigned with space again, a new beginning, rejoice with life.
